The Lady of the Arts, Viviane's land is riddled with canals, rivers and lakes from the Gulf of Barges to the north west. North of Viviane is Maelgwenn, to the south west lies Dalfinn and to the south east the Dark Wood. The hills rising westward have never been fully allied with either Viviane or Dalfinn, although it is generally accepted now that the Still Lake at the base of the hills falls under Viviane's jurisdiction, while the hills themselves, and the Monastary of St. Maddieu are under Dalfinn's protection.

The Green Wyvern bearing the Rose Snapdragon is the official herald of Viviane, and it is this which gives its name to the Wyvern's Tail and Rose's Heart - the southerly river that terminates in a lake just within the borders of the Dark Wood. To continue this theme, Viviane built herself a dome of pink and rose marble, as well as the white Andamariana, with highlights of black Krezgna marble - all at a hefty price from the dwarves of Malinka.

Viviane has also set about beautifying the Garrison which her godson, Gavron built to hold back the Dark Wood. Unfortunately, her "improvements" have much weakened the strength of the Garrison - much to her Commander's dismay.
