The youngest and fairest of all the Fairies, Rhianna is the guardian of the Coral Reef and the Dobhain channel, as well as the Jewelled Islands, on the greatest of which is her lighthouse and library to guide seafarers safely through the channel.

Most notable of Rhianna's few people is the family Dobhain. This noble household served the Titan Night at the Perilous Strait, and then served the Fairy Malinka after him. In the years between the Titans' and the Fairies' rule, Dobhain's sons kept watch over both lands, guiding ships safely from the Emerald Sea to the Sea of Silence. But when Malinka betrayed her cousin, Rhianna's trust, and also cursed her godson, Gavron, the Dobhainach left the service of the land they loved so well, and took up the care of Rhianna's lighthouse.

The shield of the Dobhainach reveals as much. The cup and cloak denote their place as Stewards, while the first chevron still bears Night's starry insignia, which the founder of the line of Dobhain received when he helped Night birth the first stars. Above that are Malinka's favors - also black and white, with her own crescent moon, and a token star to remember the Titan's home she occupies. Lastly, placed to the right to show chronology, are Rhianna's current favors of the white wings she lost, upon a sanguine field to remember her mortality, as well as Gavron's star that shines ever above him. Surmounting the shield is Rhianna's Lighthouse with Gavron's star, to denote which house the Dobhainach now serve.
