Hobbits, Oedipus, Gigabytes and More!
Winter 2002

It's been a fantastic Winter already - particularly with the release of J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - on which, our very own Annie McAndrew has given us some of her thoughts in the Articles section of this issue.

But hobbits are the least (no pun intended) of the wonderful stories and poems and whatnots inside. From the comic (Julie Snyder's story, The Gigabytes Stike Back), to the contemplative (Patrick Roos' poem CHRISTOS), Tower of Ivory has it all. Including the results from our quarterly art and story contests, and the voting results.

One last note: alas, we have had to take on advertisers, as you no doubt saw at the top of the main page. Please take a moment to check out the advertisement - just so we at TOI can stay afloat!
